Ogni cancellazione di prenotazione deve essere comunicata per iscritto via e-mail.
In caso di cancellazione o modifiche effettuate fino a 24h prima della data di prenotazione non viene addebitato alcun costo. Per le cancellazioni o modifiche oltre il suddetto termine sarà addebitato il 100% dell’importo totale della prestazione.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please inform me by email at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, I will charge the client 100% of the missed appointment fee.
Peruutus on tehtävä viimeistään 24h ennen varatun ajan alkamista, muussa tapauksessa veloitetaan 100% varatun ajan hinnasta. Peruutus tulee ilmoittaa sähköpostitse.
